1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of the Olympic Enterprises website and services, including the company verification portal. By using the website or portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of our services

Olympic Enterprises is a financial services and advisory firm. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not lend. Loan sanction, pricing and disbursal decisions rest solely with the respective lending institution. Any rates or timelines displayed are indicative and subject to lender approval.

3. Your obligations

When using our services you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate, current and complete
  • Use the verification portal only for legitimate business due-diligence purposes
  • Keep one-time passcodes and access credentials confidential
  • Not attempt to probe, scrape, overload or breach the security of our systems
  • Not misrepresent your identity or authority to act for a business

4. Verification portal access

Portal access is granted at our discretion and may be suspended or revoked at any time, including for suspicious activity. All portal activity is logged, and administrators are notified of guest sign-ins. Data available through the portal is provided for verification purposes only and may not be resold or republished.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos and software — is the property of Olympic Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympic Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or portal, from lender decisions, or from reliance on indicative information. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for breach of these terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
