We collect information you provide directly — name, contact details, and financial information shared for loan advisory — and information generated when you use our services, such as enquiry records and, on the verification portal, login history including IP address, browser, device, operating system and approximate location.

Your information is used solely to deliver our services: assessing loan eligibility, presenting lender offers, processing applications you authorise, operating the verification portal, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

When you ask us to proceed with an application, we share the relevant documents and details with the specific banks or NBFCs you approve. Each partner processes your data under its own privacy policy and RBI regulations. We never share your data with lenders for marketing without your explicit consent.

We protect data with industry-standard controls: encrypted transport (TLS), hashed credentials, role-based access, rate limiting and audit logging. Portal sessions use short-lived tokens and every access to company records is logged.

Advisory records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted. Portal login history is retained for security auditing. You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent for future processing. Contact our privacy desk at the email below; we respond within 30 days.

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for security (such as CSRF protection on the portal) and does not use third-party advertising cookies.
